A native of Baltimore, MD, Brian is a SSG is the United States Army. He has served all over the world but has fallen in love with Leavenworth and its wonderful community. Brian started his CrossFit career in 2014 and earned his CrossFit Level 1 in August 2021. His favorite movement is the handstand push up and his favorite WOD is Fran. Brian enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies and riding his motorcycle.
