WANT TO HAVE SOME FUN?
Kids Unconquered is a program designed to teach young athletes foundational movements with universal application; develop motor recruitment pathways, ensuring safe and efficient movement now as well as into the future. Young athletes will engage in physical activity in a fun and engaging format with the opportunity to hone life skills such as perseverance, working hard, acknowledging personal responsibility, accepting feedback, working with others, following rules, and exhibiting etiquette. The overall goal is a foundational understanding of what fitness means to them and ultimately that fitness can be fun.
Schedule is as follows:
5-8 years old: Monday and Wednesday @ 10:00a
9-14 years old: Tuesday and Thursday @ 10:00a
*Parent/Partner WOD on the last Friday of every month at 10:00a (each child can bring a parent or friend to complete the workout together)
