I have been an athlete my entire life. As a kid up through high school, I played soccer, softball, basketball, and volleyball. I swam, I threw shot put and discus, as well as horseback riding. As an adult, I did Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and got introduced to Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. Within my time at CrossFit Unconquered, I got introduced to Strongman and found my sport.

I am proud of the gym environment we have created to allow people to grow as athletes. I love seeing members push their limits, try new things, and set PRs!!

When I walked into CrossFit Unconquered in June 2021 my goal was just to get better at Olympic lifts. Over the years and after finding Strongman my goal is to be the best overall athlete I can be. Some days that means picking up a Conan's Wheel and other days that's doing a CrossFit WOD.

My favorite part of coaching is getting people to hit the PR they didn't think they could hit and getting past that mental block.
